Information you enter
Assessment calculations run in your browser. Answers are kept in session storage so you can move between pages and refresh without starting over. If you choose “Save on this device”, a copy is stored in this browser’s local storage and can be restored for up to 30 days. Expired copies are removed the next time you open the assessment; use Clear answers to remove one immediately. It is not synced to another device.
What not to enter
Optional workflow and system names are labels, not places for customer details, credentials, health information, or confidential documents. The tool does not require uploads or connections to your business systems.
Measurement
No remote analytics collector is enabled. We do not send assessment answers or tool events to an analytics service. There are no advertising pixels or advertising tracking cookies installed by WorkflowFrame. If measurement is introduced, this notice and the relevant consent controls will be updated before collection begins.
Copies and deletion
Use “Clear answers” in the tool to remove its session and saved local copy. Downloaded reports, copied summaries, and prints remain wherever you save or share them. Clearing browser storage also removes the saved assessment.
Hosting and delivery
WorkflowFrame is served from an independently managed Nginx server. Cloudflare provides the network proxy and delivery layer. These systems process technical information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, and connection details to deliver and protect the website. Routine access logging is disabled on the origin web server. Its site-specific error log may contain technical request details; it is scheduled for daily rotation with seven archived files retained. Cloudflare and other infrastructure services handle technical data under their own service and privacy policies. Browser-local assessment storage is separate from these infrastructure records.
Contact and external websites
If you email [email protected], the email service will process your message in the usual way. Messages are used to respond to your request and address relevant follow-up; do not send sensitive business information. You can request deletion of correspondence at the same address. Links to software providers open external websites with their own privacy practices.
