What the score represents
The six dimensions combine workload value, process stability, data readiness, risk controls, integration access, and adoption capacity. Weights are published on the methodology page. The number summarizes your answers, not independently verified facts.
Why a high score can still lead to a hold
Hard decision rules run before software matching. High consequence or regulated judgment calls for human control. An existing feature, changing rules, missing ownership, or very small workload can change the recommended next step regardless of the total.
What uncertainty means
Unknown answers remain unknown. Lower evidence confidence means you should verify more of the situation before acting. Confidence is a qualitative completeness indicator, not a calibrated probability.
How commercial relationships are handled
The workflow decision is calculated before available providers are considered. A provider’s commercial status cannot remove a safety rule or change the workload calculation. A useful plan can contain no commercial recommendation.
